WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
US Home Filter is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Central. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and for all major Holidays.
WHEN DO YOU RESPOND TO CONTACT FORMS AND VOICEMAILS?
We respond as quickly as possible to all inquiries and requests for assistance! We are usually able to respond within a short amount of time to contact form inquiries and voicemails, but occasionally we may not be able to reply until the following day if received late in the afternoon. Please understand that we have extra inquiries to respond to after the weekend and holidays. We are open 8am-5pm Central M-F (except for major holidays) and these are the hours when we are available to answer and respond. ***Please be aware that if you call, it is possible that you may need to leave a voicemail as we may be on another line or away from our desk at the moment. We will return your call as soon as possible!
WHAT IS US HOME FILTER`S RETURN POLICY?
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND I MADE A MISTAKE. HOW CAN I CORRECT IT?
If you made a mistake on your order, please call us as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to correct the order before shipment! 1-855-237-1673.
WILL I PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
At this time, we are only required by law to collect tax on orders placed with a Missouri shipping address. If you are in Missouri and are tax exempt, please call us to place your order as by default, you will be charged tax by placing the order online.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you need to pay by check or money order, please place your order by phone. We do not offer Net30 terms for internet orders.
I AM ORDERING FOR A BUSINESS. DO YOU OFFER NET30 TERMS?
We offer credit terms through our Commercial Wholesale Division for suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, and other similar companies that have a need for a larger supply of air filters on an ongoing basis. If you feel you may be eligible for a Commercial Account, please contact us.
I ONLY USE ONE FILTER AT A TIME. CAN I JUST ORDER ONE AIR FILTER?
We do not sell single replacement air filters. The low pricing that we offer is given as a bulk rate for purchasing your filters by the case.
HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Custom air filter orders are ready to ship in 24-48 business hours (M-F). There are occasional delays during peak seasons.
HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We pay the shipping charges on all air filter orders placed in the Contiguous USA. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote. We will still pay the shipping charges toward the order that we would normally expect. We do not ship to other international locations.
Our FREE SHIPPING option is FedEx Ground for orders shipped from our facility.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All internet orders shipped from our facility are shipped using FedEx Ground. Some items that are not manufactured at our location (Humidifier Pads, Filtrete filters, Grille Filters, and some Whole House Filters) are shipped from our suppliers who use different shipping services such as UPS and UPS SurePost. A signature is not required for residential deliveries, however, a signature must be obtained for business deliveries. We will gladly ship to Military addresses via USPS. Occasionally, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us if you need this service.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders ship within 24 business hours (M-F). Please allow up to 48 hours for custom air filter orders. A small percentage of our products are not made in our facility and are shipped from our suppliers directly to you (Humidifier Pads, Filtrete filters, Grille Filters, and some Whole House Filters). These orders ship within 48 business hours.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Transit times for FedEx Ground are 1-3 business days from our location in Belton, MO 64012.
The 1st transit day begins the day after pickup. For example, if your order leaves our facility on a Monday, the 1st transit day is Tuesday. If it is a 1-day point from our location to yours, the order will arrive on Tuesday.
WHAT IF THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR IN THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?
If you received an item that you did not order or did not receive your entire order, please contact us so that we may correct the mistake. We will correct any errors that we make at no cost to you and we will resolve these issues as quickly as possible!
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your air filter order has arrived damaged, please accept the package and contact us for assistance. This is not common, but it does happen occasionally. If it does, we will take care of the issue to your satisfaction. You do not need to contact FedEx as we resolve all damage issues with them on your behalf. Please do not refuse the shipment as we can better assist you if you accept the package and contact us to handle it. Accepting a damaged package does not mean that you have to keep it. Also, opening your package to inspect the contents is completely fine and does not prevent us from assisting you with a return or replacement.
